If you like horror movies, do not rent or even bother to see Thirty Days of Night. This is a movie based on a graphic novel, very much like Sin City, except where the film version of Sin City did the graphic novel justice, this did the exact opposite. It was a ruination of the graphic novel.
"Poor Jud is Daid!" That's right, Jefferson Davis Campus Fine Arts Department will produce the musical Oklahoma, the first collaboration between Richard Rogers and Oscar Hammerstein. Oklahoma is based on Lynn Rigg's play, Green Grow the Lilacs. The play tells the story of cowboy Curly McLain and farmhand Judd Fry's competition for the love of farm girl Laury Williams.
